Here, at Essential Bodywork, we are passionate about massage.


It makes our day if people walk out of our Noosa massage clinic being super relaxed, or released from the pain they were suffering from.


All Essential Bodywork practitioners are highly experienced KaHuna (Hawaiian massage) therapists.


Deep tissue, hot stones, essential oils and remedial massage techniques can be part of your massage treatment.

My first Hawaiian Bodywork (KaHuna or LomiLomi) session changed my life. The deep flowy massage was so relaxing and nurturing. I had never experienced anything like it before.


Learning the technique and philosophy behind Hawaiian bodywork was an exploration in itself. I wanted to share this magical way of relaxation and healing with others who needed it.


I have studied Hawaiian bodywork (Kahuna-L7) in Australia, with Mette’s Institute as well as Heart Work LomiLomi 1 and 2 with Carita Wong, Zen Thai Siatsu(L1) with Gwyn Williams, Ili Ili hot stones with Sue Lee, Reiki 1 and 2 with Debbi Morrill.
